if it ain’t about the

hi, my name is robin and i’m addicted to pure raw organic honey.

i started using honey as apart of my beauty regimen for almost three years and i love it.  honey is a natural beauty product has unlimited possibilities beyond a sweetener for your tea.  it can be used as a facial mask, hair conditioner, skin moisturizer and more.

several days ago i decided to share on facebook about one of my must-have products.  pure raw organic honey is very beneficial. it’s a natural humectant, basically it’s rehydrating and  has the ability to replenish the moisture in skin without adding oil.  the enzymes in raw honey clarifies the skin and keeps pores clear and clean. the antibacterial properties prevent bacterial buildup that can lead to skin imbalances and breakouts.  one might be surprised to learn that it is a natural antimicrobial and antioxidant. in terms of antioxidants, darker is better when it comes to honey!

Okay, here’s a kicker. here is what stirred up my facebook news feed and sent plenty of women, and men, out to their nearest local health food store.   pure raw honey may be used on the vaginal area. with honey being a natural exfoliator, it also kills harmful bacteria that causes odor, helps kill and prevent yeast infections, as well. but using it as apart of your daily hygiene regimen is great too!

cleanse your vaginal area with a mild soap.

take 1 scoop of pure raw organic honey (a tablespoon, give or take.) and apply it to the cleansed vaginal area.

as the honey sits, proceed to wash the rest of your body. rising and removing all soap and honey residue.

*you do not have to do this daily*

i would to have your feedback on your experiences with incorporating honey to your beauty regimen.  remember, everyone is different and what i chose to use or like may not be what you prefer and that is fine.  thanks for reading!
